Hannah will continue to offer services within the NDIS sector as one of the "Plan Decoders".
Plan Decoders offers sessions to help participants, families, carers, and anyone who needs help to better understand and implement their NDIS plan.
Hannah will continue to support the Transgender, gender diverse and LGBTIQ+ community as part of Trans Support Meanjin.
Trans Support Meanjin offer community access, transport, and support worker substitute shifts to the community.
Trans Support Meanjin also offer plan explainer sessions to help you better understand your NDIS plan, what services are available to you, and how to find the best providers to help you.
