Welcome to Tulip Coordination
Tulip Coordination offers a different kind of Support Coordination to NDIS participants. Outside of the box thinking, dedication, and compassion are at the center of everything we do.
Servicing the LGBTIQ+ Community
We have a specific interest in helping those in the LGBTIQ+ community. We offer an understanding, inclusive and compassionate approach to all, regardless of gender identity or orientation.
Who we are
Tulip Coordination is a boutique independent support coordination company founded by me, Hannah Redford (She/Her) in 2021. I have over 10 years of experience in disability and over 5 years of experience as a support coordinator. I'm fortunate to have children on the NDIS, so I understand the system from many perspectives. Joining me in 2024 is Ellie Redford (She/They), who is available to transgender and gender-diverse participants, bringing significant lived experience in disability, mental health, and LGBTIQ+ advocacy to the role of support coordination, along with 5 years of experience in the sector.
We value passion, diversity, integrity, and confidentiality in everything we do.
We are passionate about explaining the NDIS to participants in a way that they understand.
We excel with complex cases, and in many instances can assist you even if you did not receive support coordination as part of your NDIS plan.
We communicate openly, honestly, and frequently so that participants always know what is happening next for them.
We cover all suburbs of Brisbane, Logan, Redlands, Moreton Bay, and Ipswich.
What is a Support Coordinator, and how do we help?
A Support Coordinator is here to make sure you get the most out of your NDIS plan. They make sure you have access to the services that you need and that are best suited to you. A good Support Coordinator will offer you choice and control over your supports, and will make sure you are getting the best possible supports for the duration of your plan.
As your support coordinator, we will:
Explain your NDIS plan so you understand it.
Get to know you so that the right services can be put in place.
Send referrals to service providers.
Write reports for the NDIS and work with you on your reviews.
Make sure all services are talking to each other so you are supported to the best of their ability.
